Is the cleaning safe for older or fragile stones?+
Yes. We use soft brushes, water, and conservation-grade biological cleaners only. No pressure washing, no bleach, no acids, and no wire brushes. If a stone is too fragile to clean safely, we tell you.
Do I need to be there, or get permission from the cemetery?+
You don’t need to be present. Most cemeteries allow family-authorized cleaning; we confirm the rules with the cemetery office before the first visit and handle any paperwork.
How will I know the work was done?+
Every visit ends with before and after photos sent to you by text or email, usually the same day, along with a short note about what we did.
Which cemeteries do you serve?+
King County from Covington north, and southern Snohomish County, which is 60 cemeteries in all. The service area map shows every one of them. We travel further across Western Washington for one-time visits and gift visits by request.
How long does a cleaning take, and how soon will it look better?+
A typical visit takes 45 to 90 minutes. Granite and bronze look dramatically better the same day. Marble and heavily lichened stones continue to brighten for several weeks as the cleaner keeps working.
Do you offer any discounts?+
Seniors and military families take 10% off the monthly plan and 10% off the $150 enrollment service. The military rate applies whether you served or your loved one did. Say so when you enroll and we set it on the first bill.
Can you care for more than one person in the same cemetery?+
Yes. If they lie side by side, or close enough that we reach both in one stop, add the second grave for $5 a month. If they rest elsewhere in the same cemetery, add them for $10 a month. There is no second enrollment fee either way. Tell us the name and plot number when you enroll, or call later and we will put it on your next bill.
Can I cancel or pause a care plan?+
Any time. There are no contracts; monthly plans can be paused or cancelled with a phone call or email. The $150 enrollment service is a one-time charge.
